About us

Welcome to the Wodnik Restaurant – a place where good food is combined with a warm atmosphere and attention to every detail. We, Milena and Sebastian Kamiński, the owners, are fully committed to the restaurant’s development, and our team, which includes Chef Łukasz Kolasiński, Mateusz, Dominik, Artur, Tomasz, Marzena, Marek, Kasia, Wioletta, Vanessa and Sebastian. Each of us brings unique experience and a heart for work to Wodnik, ensuring our guests can count on a professional yet warm approach.

Lunch

From Monday to Friday, we invite you to enjoy set lunches consisting of soup and one of three or four main courses. We regularly change the menu because we want our guests to try something different each week. Most importantly, lunch at Wodnik is a delicious, home-cooked, and nutritious meal that will give you energy for the rest of the day.

To ensure the highest quality of our wines, we primarily focus on classics that our guests particularly appreciate. Our selection includes wines from Italy, Spain, and France, as well as semi-sweet options – perfect for those who prefer a more delicate palate. Cocktail and alcohol menu

We collaborate with one of Bydgoszcz’s best bartenders, Dawid Gotowalski, to create a signature cocktail menu that includes both tried-and-true classic recipes and a few unique offerings for more discerning palates. Wodnik is the perfect venue for intimate and medium-sized wedding receptions. The hall can accommodate approximately 120 guests, while also leaving room for dancing and free play. Mieliśmy przyjemność organizować w tej restauracji rodzinną uroczystość. Całe wydarzenie zostało przygotowane na najwyższym poziomie – od smacznego jedzenia, przez estetyczne podanie potraw, aż po miłą i profesjonalną obsługę. Szczególne podziękowania należą się menedżerowi, który był niezwykle pomocny na każdym etapie organizacji. Kontakt z nim był bezproblemowy, szybki i rzeczowy, a wszystkie nasze prośby i sugestie zostały uwzględnione bez najmniejszych trudności. Jestem częstym gościem hotelu i odwiedzam również restaurację Wodnik. Za każdym razem spotykam się tu z doskonałym jedzeniem, świetną obsługą oraz niezwykle przyjaznym właścicielem. Atmosfera jest zawsze ciepła i gościnna, a podczas lunchów można zjeść naprawdę smaczne posiłki w bardzo atrakcyjnych cenach. Często organizuję w Wodniku szkolenia dla swoich klientów i zawsze są one miło wspominane — zarówno ze względu na profesjonalną obsługę, jak i świetną organizację całego wydarzenia.
