Welcome to the Wodnik Restaurant – a place where good food is combined with a warm atmosphere and attention to every detail. We, Milena and Sebastian Kamiński, the owners, are fully committed to the restaurant’s development, and our team, which includes Chef Łukasz Kolasiński, Mateusz, Marzena, Mirela, Tomasz, Kasia, Natalia, and Wioletta. Each of us brings unique experience and a heart for work to Wodnik, ensuring our guests can count on a professional yet warm approach.
Our cuisine changes with the seasons to make the most of seasonal ingredients and guarantee the freshness and exceptional flavor of our dishes. Drawing on the richness of Polish tradition and international inspiration, Chef Łukasz Kolasiński prepares dishes that combine tried-and-true recipes with modern touches.

From Monday to Friday, we invite you to enjoy set lunches consisting of soup and one of three or four main courses. We regularly change the menu because we want our guests to try something different each week. Most importantly, lunch at Wodnik is a delicious, home-cooked, and nutritious meal that will give you energy for the rest of the day.

We collaborate with one of Bydgoszcz’s best bartenders, Dawid Gotowalski, to create a signature cocktail menu that includes both tried-and-true classic recipes and a few unique offerings for more discerning palates. The same applies to our other alcoholic beverages – we offer a selection of drinks that will satisfy both lighter and stronger palates.
Wodnik is the perfect venue for intimate and medium-sized wedding receptions. The hall can accommodate approximately 120 guests, while also leaving room for dancing and free play. We assist with menu selection and provide color-coordinated accessories – all to ensure your special day is exactly as you envisioned.
Our restaurant is the perfect place to host a unique First Holy Communion reception. We offer an elegant, air-conditioned hall, beautiful First Communion decorations, and a carefully crafted menu designed with both young and adult guests in mind.

The Wodnik Restaurant also offers facilities for business meetings, training sessions, and conferences. We can accommodate up to 150 participants, providing both workspace and professional catering services (coffee breaks, buffet lunches, or a meal served).
